I will be entering P3 in a few weeks. This also falls on my birthday. I have every intention of sticking to all the guidlines even on my birthday in regards to the food lists. You may do an interruption which would max to 14 days and get back to P2 without having the need to load again. I just never got around to mixing shots during loading!!!
